The Gazebo

During the winter of 2013 the local oyster farmers volunteered to build a gazebo for the Harbour.  They spent many hours of hard work milling lumber, cleaning & setting up posts, installing large dimension timbers for the roof.  The gazebo is a really attractive structure, built to last many decades {to the meticulous detail required by Hugh in spite of Dave's protests}.  Together with A.M.M.A. {Active Malaspina Mariculture Association}, the Okeover Harbour Authority purchased supplies for the project - but the volunteer labour is invaluable.
